Who can order products from your website?

Currently, we accept orders from customers in the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and USA who are sending gifts to residents of mainland United Kingdom.

Do you charge for shipping?

For all UK Mainland addresses we offer FREE Standard Shipping (up to 7 days). Alternatively, you can pay £8.49 for Next Day Courier service. (Your order must be received before 12:00 noon.)

Please Note: Personalised items can take up to 5 days to be processed in our studio. Therefore, Next Day Courier service, if required, will be from the date when your order is completed.

For Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Iles of Scilly, a charge of £5.49 applies for standard shipping. Next Day Courier serrvice is not availble.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

You should allow up to 7 business days for Free Standard Delivery (UK Mainland only). Alternatively, you can select Next Day Courier (£7.95). However, if your order includes personalised gifts, these will go to our studio for engraving. Your entire order will be packed and shipped together. We will keep you updated as your order progresses.

What is the shipping cut-off time for orders?

We have a 12:00pm order cut-off time for Next Day Courier delivery (excluding bank holidays or weekends).

Can I get my Alcohol Gift order delivered Next Day?

To comply with Shipping Restrictions, all alcohol-related products must be shipped via Royal Mail. Next Day orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24  – however, we are unable to ship with Saturday Guarantee or Next Day Guarantee by 1pm.  *Customers must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol related products.

What if I want to cancel my order?

When we receive an order, it is automatically transmitted to the warehouse for processing. It is therefore not possible to cancel an order once we have received it. The checkout process provides ample time to abort the order before finally making payment.

How do I return an item I receive that is faulty or damaged?

If, when your order arrives, an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you should contact us within 48 hours to arrange a free return.  See Section 8 of our Terms of Sale for further instructions.

What if I change my mind when I have received my order?

If you are not satisfied with any Goods you have received from us, you have the right to return them in exchange for a refund or a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund personalised items. Please refer to Section 9 in our Terms of Sale.

What if I change my mind after placing my order.

Due to the speed of order transmission to the warehouse, it is not possible to cancel an order after payment has been made. Please refer to Section n of our Terms of Sale.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We try hard to source eco-friendly products wherever possible. A large number of our products are made from sustainable or recycled materials. For example, our range of Jute bags provides a perfect eco-friendly alternative to plastic bags. Approximately 90% of the materials used for packaging our customers’ orders are also environmentally friendly. Out warehouse partners are working hard to make it 100%.

Why did you name your website "GiftSpider"?

A spider or spiderbot, also referred to as a crawler, is an Internet bot that systematically browses the Web. We use this spidering technology to discover new sources of great gifts to bring to our customers. Cool eh?
